Urgent Pregnancy Issues
Please contact the GP if you have any acute medical concerns about pregnancy.
If you think you are having a miscarriage, please phone directly to the Pregnancy Support Centre at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh on:

This unit is open from 8:30-4:30. If you call out of these hours, you will get a message that says call NHS 24 on 111. If the lines are busy, please leave a message and we will phone you back as soon as possible.
Labour and Delivery
If you think you are in labour or think your waters have gone or have any other urgent queries, please call the hospital where you are booked to have your baby for advice.
