PHASING OUT EMAIL ORDERING OF PRESCRIPTIONS

Unfortunately, due to increasing numbers of patients calling us regarding prescriptions and non-urgent medication, we have taken the decision to replace our email ordering system with our online ordering platform.

 

Using our online ordering system allows patients to track the progress of their prescription and be informed when this has been actioned. This will reduce valuable time currently being taken to deal with prescription queries on the phone and will help us to reduce our call wait times, allowing us to provide a more efficient service for all of our patients. 

 

All prescription requests have a THREE business day turnaround time. Your pharmacy may have an additional wait time which is outwith our control, so please ensure you are ordering in enough time.
